Our management team all have experience of working in the petroleum sector and includes highly knowledgeable trainers with some 15 years experience in the field of management development and equally importantly, a geoscientist with over 20 years experience in exploration management.

Our programmes bring to bear all of our experience in meeting the development needs of your staff. We bring both a strong grasp of theory and a sound basis of successful, practical experience in petroleum exploration and development and in management development consultancy.

We offer a range of training modules of 1 – 5 days duration. All of the modules may be combined to create longer training experiences to meet your needs. With us, every solution is designed to meet the needs of you and your entire workforce. We work with groups of all sizes, from individual coaching to teams of 200 and specialise in whole team development.

Our specialities include training in the skills required for petroleum exploration management, risk management and leadership. Our programmes all focus on a cumulative building of skills and employ increasing levels of challenge and sophistication, offering our participants new and different perspectives.
