Paul C. Logan
Paul is an enthusiastic, dynamic, high energy trainer who is committed to delivering effective learning experiences to clients. As a highly effective communicator, he is comfortable in dealing with clients at all levels. He is a certified practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming. As an experienced trainer, Paul has designed and delivered training in a wide range of subject areas. He has a specialism in Risk Management and skills required for effective exploration management. Paul is an Associate Lecturer in the Faculty of Science for the Open University in the UK, teaching courses on the geological evidence for climatic change and sequence stratigraphy.

Keith D. Logan
He has over 10 years experience in working with large organisations in the fields of Organisational Development and Organisational Change. His extensive experience as a trainer and consultant is supported by 17 years as a Police officer and manager in the Metropolitan Police in London. Keith spent 6 years as a trainer with the Management Development Unit of the Metropolitan Police where he was part of a small team responsible for introducing Leadership Development training, work for which he holds a commendation. Keith has considerable experience in the training of new trainers and also has particular expertise in the provision of management development solutions for managers in the petroleum industries, having run international programmes for companies in the Far East, and the UK.

Dr. Jeremy J. Ridge
He specialises in senior management coaching, both with individuals and leadership teams, and in designing and facilitating senior management and organisation-wide change programmes. He has a wealth of international experience as an Organisational Development consultant in both the private and public sector, across the range of large sophisticated multinationals, more entrepreneurial and creative businesses, and major professional services businesses. Jeremy has worked extensively in the petroleum sector including providing coaching to the senior management team of BP. Jeremy founded Innova in 1985; and has worked extensively with Ashridge Management College and currently works with the Institute of Directors in the UK in developing its Board level Consultancy.

Sue Young
She has particular experience in running large teams of consultants on major change programmes and taking that through to work with teams and individuals. She uses her experience in business and marketing to bring a better appreciation of how organisations can harness peoples’ skills and motivation to the benefit of the business, as well as themselves. She is an alumni of Ashridge, is marketing advisor to the Association of Business Psychologists and is a member of the CIPD Central London Executive Committee with particular responsibilities as co-ordinator and promoter of the Branch Special Interest Groups.
